Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We do not encourage the return of products/accessories once they have been sold.
Exchange is available for damaged and defective products.
The exchange has to be initiated within 5 days after your order is delivered.
In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us, and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.
If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s), and the shipping charges up to ₹100 are refundable.
Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) are in unused condition with all tags and packaging.
It is mandatory to capture a video/photo after receiving the package from our courier partner, while unboxing the contents, before shipping the package or handing it to our courier partner.

Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds for items that meet the following criteria:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The item is returned within 5 days from the date of purchase.
Refund will be processed in the user’s account as store credits only. Store credit can be used for future purchases at our boutique.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
Customized or personalized items
Sale or clearance items (unless specified otherwise)
Items marked as non-refundable or final sale
