Delivery

We deliver across India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, or once stitching is complete for made-to-order pieces, and arrive within 5–7 working days of dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above; a charge of ₹99 applies below that. The exact amount is always shown in your bag before you pay.
You can follow every order from My Account, and we let you know when it ships.
You are also welcome to collect your order from our Patna boutique.

Free fit rework

If a made-to-measure piece needs a fitting adjustment, we rework it free of charge. Message us within 7 days of delivery to arrange it.

Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from My Account or by contacting us.
Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery charge.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, before production begins. Prepaid orders cancelled in time are refunded in full.

Refunds

Once a returned piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we confirm your refund within 2 working days.
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the account you share with us.
