These terms apply when you browse mannats.com or place an order with Mannats Boutique, Patna. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our pieces

  • Many of our pieces are hand-finished or stitched to order. Small differences in colour, embroidery or finish from the photos are a natural part of handwork and are not defects.
  • Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
  • Sizes are listed on each product. Our size guide explains how to measure; if you are unsure, message us before ordering.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST. A GST invoice is available for every order in My Account.
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your bag before you pay.
  • You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) where available, or by Cash on Delivery. We may call to confirm Cash on Delivery orders.
  • If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and cancellation

  • An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before production begins, from My Account or by contacting us. Prepaid orders cancelled in time are refunded in full.
  • We may cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Your account

Please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Content

All photos, designs, text and the Mannats name and logo belong to Mannats Boutique and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to describe our pieces accurately and deliver them safely. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.
